If you have reached your activation limit with BEAM, CUBE, or a standalone effect like Bismuth, follow the steps on this page to modify or delete your activations.
What Are Activations?
When you purchase a Lunacy product, you are able to download and use it across 3 different computers or devices. Each time you sign into a Lunacy product on a new device, it registers as one of your three activations. Once you have signed into all three devices, you cannot sign into any more until you deactivate a previous device.
What is the Activations Page?
You can view and manage your activations by logging into your Lunacy account and visiting your Activations page. Here you can find two sections:
Active Devices
This list shows all devices that are currently active across any Lunacy products you own. You will see your device's unique machine ID, device name, the date of activation, and a deactivate button. This is where you can manage your activations.
History
Your history shows each individual activation for each product. This section shows your device's unique machine ID, device name, the product that was activated, the event type (activation or deactivation), and the date it occurred. This section is a good reference if you need to understand when or what has already been activated or deactivated.
How Do I Manage My Activations?
To deactivate a device, log into lunacy.audio with your account credentials, then navigate to your Activations page. From here, look for your Active Devices section. Each row in this section is a device that is being used with any Lunacy products you own. To deactivate a device, click the red Deactivate button to the right of the device you wish to deactivate.
Once a device is deactivated, you are free to activate your account on another device.
