Each Lunacy plugin license comes with 3 device activations. For example, if you own both CUBE and BEAM, you have 3 activations for your CUBE license and 3 separate activations for your BEAM license.
If you see the error "License is out of activations" it means all 3 activations for that product have been used. This commonly happens when you switch computers, reinstall your operating system, or make significant hardware changes.
Activations cannot be reset on your own at this time. To request an activation reset, contact our support team with the following information:
The email address associated with your Lunacy Audio account
The product you need reset (e.g., BEAM, CUBE)
Your license key (if you have it available)
Tip: To avoid running out of activations, deactivate your license on a machine before switching to a new one. You can do this through the plugin's settings menu.
