If you purchased a Lunacy Audio product through Plugin Boutique or another third-party reseller, you'll need to register your license key with a Lunacy account to access your downloads. Here's how:
Your reseller (Plugin Boutique, etc.) will send you a license key. Check your order confirmation email from them for this key
Visit lunacy.audio and create a Lunacy account if you don't already have one by clicking Log In, then Sign Up
Once signed in, navigate to lunacy.audio/register
Enter your license key in the License Key box and click the "Add New License" button
Once registered, visit lunacy.audio/downloads to download your product installers
Important: Your login credentials from your reseller website is different from your Lunacy account login. You use the reseller's key to register the product to your Lunacy account (step 4 above), and then you use your Lunacy credentials to sign into the plugins.
If your license key is not being accepted during registration, double-check that you're copying the full key with no extra spaces, and that you're signed into your Lunacy account. If it still doesn't work, contact our support team with your license key and the email you used to purchase.
