Can I transfer my licenses?

Yes, your licenses can be transferred between Lunacy Audio accounts that you own. This is useful if you created a new account and want to consolidate your licenses, or if you accidentally registered a license to the wrong account.

To transfer a license, contact our support team with the following information:

  • The email address of the account the license is currently on

  • The email address of the account you want to transfer it to

  • The product name and license key (if available)

Please note that you must own both accounts. Licenses cannot be transferred to another person's account.

Our team will process the transfer and follow up within 1–2 business days.
