In this case, CUBE is trying to write a valid license to the your settings folder, but does not have Write permissions. You'll want update the permissions for your settings folder to allow this.

Mac

  1. Open a Finder window
  2. In the top menu, select "Go" and then "Go To Folder"
  3. Enter ~/Library/Application Support/Lunacy Audio
  4. Select the CUBE folder and in the top menu select "File" and then "Get Info"
  5. Change the Sharing & Permissions for this folder to "Read & Write" for everyone.

Windows

  1. Open a File Explorer window
  2. Go to {USER}\AppData\Roaming\Lunacy Audio\CUBE
  3. Select the CUBE folder, right-click and select "Properties"
  4. Under the "Security" tab, set all users to "Full Control"
