We offer a 14-day return policy for all perpetual software licenses (e.g. CUBE and BEAM). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible for a refund up to 14 days after the purchase has been completed.

Rent-To-Own purchases and renewals
Preset packs for CUBE purchased individually
Preset packs for BEAM purchased individually
To request a refund, please submit a ticket. Once processed, you will receive the funds within 7-10 business days.
